Return and Exchange Policy

At Inaha Official, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service and craftsmanship. While we hope you are delighted with your purchase, please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.
1. General Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. Because our pieces are handled with utmost care, all sales are considered final unless a specific quality issue is identified upon delivery.
2. Conditional Exchanges
We only offer a Conditional Exchange if you encounter significant quality issues with the product before it is worn.
• Reporting Window: If you find the product faulty in terms of its material quality or craftsmanship, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
• Late Queries: Unfortunately, if a query is raised after the 24-hour window, we will be unable to accommodate or process any exchange requests.
3. The Evaluation Process
Once you generate an exchange query:
• Our Quality Department will review the reported issue.
• We may request photographic evidence of the fault.
• After a thorough review, if a major fault is confirmed, we may offer you an Exchange for the same item or Store Credit for future purchases.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
We maintain a strict No-Refund Policy. Refunds are only processed in the exceptional case that an incorrect item (different from what was ordered) has been delivered to you.
5. Non-Eligible Items
Please note that the following are strictly not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks:
• Customized Orders: Any item tailored or modified to your specific measurements or requirements.
• Discounted Items: Any product purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount code.
