Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We do not offer any return of exchange under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product, such as :

  • The product is damaged or manufacturing issues. 
  • The product received does not match the ordered size.

Please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to help you out in a possible way within 7 days of delivery.

 

Note: The customer will need to send the article back to us and will bear the shipping cost of it.

How do I apply for Exchange?

  • To return an item, please contact us on WhatsApp number  with the return reason and order details.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
  • When will my exchange will be processed? We aim to process all exchange within 5-10 working days after receiving.
  • During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange to be processed.
  • Do you offer refund? We do not offer refunds in any case.
